Project Overview

1. Project Name: Phase I Upgrading and Supporting Pipeline Network of the Port Ecological Industry Park Sewage Treatment Plant in Ningguo Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, China. Phase II Construction Project - Phase I of the Sewage Treatment Plant.


2. Project scale: The current treatment capacity of the sewage treatment plant in the Port Ecological Industrial Park is 10000 m3/d, and the long-term treatment capacity is 20000 m3/d. The scale of this design upgrade is 10000 m3/d, and the existing oxidation ditch will be renovated. A new high-efficiency sedimentation tank and denitrification deep bed filter will be built, and the deep treatment system will also accept the effluent from the second phase of the ecological industry park sewage treatment plant. The short-term treatment scale is 11500 m3/d, and the long-term treatment scale is 23000 m3/d.


3. Service scope: The first phase of the Port Ecological Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant covers the domestic sewage of the Port Ecological Industrial Park and the town.


4. Process flow: (1) Current process: Adopting coarse grid+fine grid and sedimentation tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+CASS tank+disinfection process, the treated material meets the first-class B standard for discharge; The sludge dewatering is carried out using a belt filter press. (2) After renovation, the process adopts coarse grid+fine grid and sedimentation tank+regulating tank+oxidation ditch+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter+disinfection process, and after treatment, it meets the first-class A standard discharge; The sludge dewatering is carried out using a plate and frame filter press.


5. Main construction content: (1) Renovation of existing CASS tanks, oxidation ditches, etc; (2) Increase sewage depth system: The advanced treatment process adopts the "high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter" process, and the main structures include: intermediate lifting pump room, high-efficiency sedimentation tank, and denitrification deep bed filter


Pool; (3) New sludge treatment system: The treatment process adopts a high-pressure plate and frame pressure filtration system, and the main structures include a sludge dewatering room.
