Process Design Description

Project overview

1. Project Name: Phase I Upgrading and Renovation of the Port Ecological Industry Park Sewage Treatment Plant in Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, China, along with its supporting pipeline network. Phase II Construction Project - Sewage Treatment Plant Phase I.


2. Project scale: Short term processing scale of 1500m3/d, long-term processing scale of 3000m3/d, regulating pool. Consider the future expansion scale of the accident pool and condensation building.


3. Service scope: The second phase of the Port Ecological Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant covers industrial wastewater within the Port Ecological Industrial Park.


4. Process flow: The process flow in the Phase II plant area includes: coarse grid+regulating tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+AAO membrane tank+ozone contact membrane+aerated biofilter. After the industrial wastewater in Phase II is treated by the above process flow, it enters the deep treatment process of "high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter" in Phase I and meets the standard discharge efficiency.

The deodorization process adopts: biological filter+activated carbon adsorption.

The sludge treatment process adopts: stacked screw dewatering machine+low-temperature drying.


5. Main construction content: New construction of all buildings in the Phase II factory area, mainly including: coarse grid, regulating tank, accident tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, AAO membrane tank, ozone contact tank, and complete set of equipment for aerated biofilter. A comprehensive building with supporting facilities such as mud storage tanks and backwash water tanks. Distribution room. Online monitoring of cabins, etc. Roads within the factory area. Wall. Gates and greenery.


6. Explanation of rainwater discharge direction: it is discharged into the Shanmen River on the west side of the factory area.


7. Explanation of the direction of the tail water: it will be discharged into the first phase sewage treatment plant for deep treatment.
